Happy Thoughts

I just saw this sign in a neighbor’s window as I was finishing my morning walk.

It is simple, powerful, and profound.

Fear is NOT the strongest emotion. Peace IS the most powerful.

Fear cannot reside in an atmosphere of Peace.

The only power fear has in our lives is the access that we allow it to have. And you have the power to choose what you focus on.

When you feel fear-based thoughts rising within you:

  • Pause
  • Take a Deep Breath to stay Calm
  • Think Positive and Peaceful thoughts ―or―
  • Close your Eyes, be Still, and Quiet your Mind
  • Repeat any time you feel Fearful thoughts Returning

It is often the seemingly simple things that have the greatest effect.

Keep thinking those “Happy Thoughts.” They are more powerful than you can imagine!
